When the Counts Zanardi Landi turned to me to build a small village of about 60 apartments for clients near the Golf Club of Rivalta, asked me to do something new but with a style that was not in contrast with the beautiful landscape surroundings and especially with the immense Rivalta Castle of their property.
We decided to become partners and after careful study of the architecture of the 15th century was born Borghetto Di Rivalta, a village of new structure, with a large underground garage but where you never see the cars and where you can walk in absolute silence of its gardens.
Architecture inspired by the style of the Italian Renaissance have allowed us to create a residential village characterized by a very high quality of life, with houses that still have maintained the highest prices on the market.
